Heh, downloading is completely blocked on my school computers, except for .pdf and other text extensions Also, just because a site doesn't have proxy in the name doesn't mean it isn't blocked, I've tried countless sites that didn't contain the word proxy in the URL or on the site at all, and they were still blocked under the restriction 'proxy'. EDIT: Not that it matters anyway, the only time I can get on a school computer is during Drafting II, since my school disabled my account for using a batch file to do the netsend command, I lied my way out of most of the trouble, and we thought it was all over with, then the other day in Biology we had to do some research and found out that my account was disabled, lol.
easiest way to bypass ________________________________________________ just type this in: tinyurl.com/a8axb ENJOY!!!
LMFAO.... MY whole class has installed, SNES9x, Projext 64, and other various emulaters and all we do is sit there and play them....
1. everyone please read the whole topic before posting 2. u can run .exe if u rename them something like notepad.exe wordpad.exe 3. u can get past filters if u plugin the proxy if u go to tools>options>connections settings... 4. its very hard for them to block proxies cuz they change all the time plus there is tons of them here is just 1 page of proxies from 1 site http://www.proxy4free.com/page1.html (note some proxies work some dont its just trial and error)
at my highschool, we use SonicWall.. its B*tch..the word "proxy" is blocked, anything related to flash games or downloads are blocked. at this point im tired of the sonicwall and am trying to find a way around without getting caught. They caught 30 people using Tor and another proxy program, all of them were given 4 saturdays schools, and no computer for the rest of the year.
My school has blocked a ----load of stuff. You can't run or execute .exe's or .bat's without it being authorized. You can't access your mp3 player when you plug it into the usb, the computers don't have sound and virtually every site is blocked. When .bat's weren't blocked, I made a file in notepad and typed in 'command.com' then saved it as .bat, ran it and command prompt came up even though it was disabled. Then I just used netsend for the rest of the lesson
hey i wont deny that iam a computer nub,,, could someone post a short tutorial on how to use proxy servers...i see the sites give the ip and everything but where from there...yes yes yes iam a nub give it a rest lol
My school only has its downloading features blocked on IE. It's fine on Firefox. Websites are a different story though, I can't access this site from school.
