Im guessing the samsung would be alot better quality, but it is only a 17 inch. I would still go with B, but if it were me I would spend a little extra and get a nice 19 inch. I was thinking of getting a new 19 lcd soon too. I will probably end up with samsung or something along those lines. I guess it depends on what your doing with your computer? Do you play alot of new games? Are you a avid gamer?
The first one, is better. If you are looking for size then I guess go with b but you are wanting a good picture? If you want a better picture then you want the best contrast, lowest pixel spacing, highest refresh rate, and a sound like an Energy star piece.
