Okay,i think i know =) 1.I made a tutorial. 2.Started selling it. 3.Got few buyers. 4.I can't send the pm with the tutorial to the latest buyer because i get "There is no such member - please check the name entered and try again. This personal message has not been sent" His username is еª£í†¥ So...ummm....wtf is going on ?_?
The reason is because his name is made up with symbols Forum always has a hard time dealing with those As Reaper said , its not your fault
Well,yeah...but i don't want to be a biatch and not send him the tut =/ If i can't do that,i want to atleast send him back his credits =O That will happen only when pigs learn to fly =/ No really...i don't like adding unknown people to msn... THEY MIGHT BE STALKERS !
Yeah true , if he complains about not recieving the tut then redirect him to this thread , at least he will see you have tried to sort it out He needs to change his name back to something that the forum will recognise , then you wont have anymore problems sending him the tut Any hassle , let me or another mod know Dont worry about it Splatt , youve done all you could
ok find his name by clicking the Top 10 Overall Posters (located above the Online Users list), then find his name there by selecting Name Begins with and enter the 1st symbol. When youve found his name get his profile up and click send PM, and send him the tut that way

The only way you will be able to send it to him via pm is by him getting a name change. Symbols interrupt all things on the forums, e.g. pm system and donation of credits. We are unable to solve this problem but maybe the problem will be solved in the updating of the forum software.
