Rollover

I read a tut and there was saying go windows>rollover then make this...
I vent windows and there wasn't rollover comand.
Where do i get it???

do you have dreamweaver? you can make rollovers easily use dreamweaver or fireworks i think.

 

i'd like to ask a few ?'s firstly do u have it all sliced up ?
second do u kno wit's diplayed as a lil window like the layers pallet ut with ur slices in it?
and if those are in oder but u still cannot find it. it might be a glitch does windows>rollovers appear but u just can't click ?
