Cs Textures.. They're Bad!

Just look at these textures... I got a pretty good GFX-Card (GeForce 6600GT) So I don't know what's wrong They just look screwd:

cs is old so the graphics look a little outdated

PS - Howd you get your crosshair to be so small.

 

v-sync on/off?

 

Where an how do I edit the v-sync?

 

Well its easy. Go to video and change these things:

Resolution: 1024 x 768

Color Quality: Highest (32 bit)

Renderer: OpenGL

And if some body wanna know how to change the texts color and change the size of the crosshair ore Get 100 Ftp. just PM me.

 

you shouldnt be complaining... look at your fps, its fine - if the graphics blended better your fps would be lower and in result, you would lose some reaction time and etc.

go into Options, and right there on the opening page should be Xhair sizes, set it at Small

 

Type in cl_dynamiccrosshair 0

Yeah, 1.6 is an old game, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, and CS:S have much better gfx.

 

Yeah check my pinned topic there is alot of how to get 100 fps and lots of downloads to counter strike. And if you need more tuts i wll gladly make them to ya.

 

it's cs:cz, not 1.6.




I hate how the game won't let you go past my dang refresh rate... I can get significantly higher FPS, my average in source is around 100fps.
