I bet it's fake. You could even photoshop it.

(Using the bike one as an example)
Take two photos of the same spot (easy enough, just set up a tripod, i believe)
Take a picture (the kids with the bikes)
Then when they are gone, take a picture with that guy in the suit.
Using any rendering tool, render the person. Place him over the guy and erase a bit of his stomache. Then add a color balance of green and lower the opacity.

(Actually, you can take a picture of the guy you will render anywhere. Just copy and paste him to the picture and follow the rest of the tut).

How I know it's fake: You can't see through human beings. No matter what kind of material. Of course there are x-rays, but those aren't even in our range of light/colors. They are like ultraviolet or infared light.

So they are pulling your leg and it'd be best to actually think things through before you believe stuff on the internet :P

    Edit: More on the subject.

Check out the movie bone2.mpg on that site.

It's really easy how they did it. Have you ever seen the weather channel? You know how they have the green screens? That is just what it is. Here's how I would do it (might take a longer time than normal, but I'm dealing with photoshop :P):

    1. Get a rectange of that green colored thing. Could be any color.
    2. Grab a picture of a skeleton and resize appropriately. Duplicate many times.
    3. On each frame, select the colored rectangle with the magic wand.
    4. Then on one skeleton layer, press control + Shift + I for the inverse of a selection.
    5. Press delete.
    6. Repeat steps 3 - 5.

    7. Finish the video and enjoy your totally fake creation and put it up on some internet sites to fool everyone in thinking that you are a genious.

CRAP!!! I SHOULD HAVE DONE THAT :(

So it might take a long time, but it is possible with photoshop. If you just think about it, you will see how it is done.

    Thank you for listening :)
