    So.. I wounder what's wrong?

I have a IceMat Siberia Headset w/ mic.

    Don't yell?

how long have you had it? mics generally go out within like a couple years, depending on how much you use it.

If you've had the Microphone for a while, it could've just have went bad. That's happened manny a time before. Otherwise, I'm afraid you'll just have to fiddle around with the settings. Do you have a little brother or sister? They could of accidently have changed somthing when you were not looking. It's happened to me. (I let my three year old brother play Online Games. It's cute. He dosen't have any idea what he's doing, but he loves it. and sometimes he does get a kill in. ^_^)

i hope beyond all ends that you have checked the cords into the computer. i doubt that your sound card is screwed up. erm, have you throw your headshot around in rage at any times (i dont have a clue who would do something something so dumb >>>me<<<). If you do that like 10+ times, the headset will start to become effed up; one speaker might not work, or in your example, the mic might not work.

I guess its worth a try, maybe d/l a new sound driver.

oh yeah, to see if you your mic works, but the other people cant, open up something where you can record a narration (i use windows moive maker) and see if it picks up any sounds.
