With the upcoming release of Dungeons and Dragons, Do you think this will hurt the World of Warcraft community? And convince most of the players to convert to D & D. From what I have heard, this game is suppose to be incredible. Post your comments and thoughts.

no. I dont think many people will convert as D&D is completely group based and you cant do anything with out a group. WoW will stil have millions of people and overall will be a better game then D&D is.

if D&D was made corectly it would be the best MMORPG in the history of MMORPG's... but probably isnt very good... like WoW..

WoW is basically cocaine, ive had plenty of chances to buy it. But i see ppl from my school that play it and im sure they have no purpose in life besides leveling on WoW.

I doubt it. They're two completely different generes which is pretty much a deciding factor if someone will play it whether it be good or not.

Hmmmmmm...I think that some of players will convert to DnD Online but I dont think that it will hurt them that much. At least this will give blizzard the chance to fix those damn SERVERS!

It depends on if it has monthly fees. Does anyone know if it will? I bet so, but I haven't heard anything official

Most mmorpg's have monthly fees. Except guild wars, but that game isnt A+ material if you ask me.

good graphics, hate mass multiplayer games! stick to the good stuff guys, warcraft III and counter strike 1.6 (or source) are teh best.

it is the first time through or possibly the first few times you really get into PvP, after that, i agree, its hella boring. Its servers arent great either, but you cant expect things like that from a free game.

WoW wasnt bad, but I hated the cartoony feel to it. If anything I think D&D is gonna be like the new FFXI, it will be for those more experienced (if youve played Neverwinter Nights, Baulders Gate, etc. they tend to be EXTREMELY customizable and tend to have a lot to to in them, are often hard to get the hang of). It will require something from the gamer besides clicking and using skills and healing on occasion (like every MMORPG/RPG right now).

Personally I think it will be a breath of fresh air to this boring game age we are going through right now. The only remotely decent game that has come out recently is F.E.A.R. (imo). I am looking forward to ES4 more than anything else right now tho.
