Help! Blue Screen Of Death!

    For the last few months my computers being turning its self of automaticly, today i found out how to brin gup the Bluescreen of death (BSOD) And see what the Prob is, Now can anyone tell me if they know how to fix this or a site that does?
    i didnt write the normal check ur hardwere part since too long and not needed

    are u doing anything in particular before it restarts? Are you running a certain program or playing a game?

    It can be anything, its always something that causes it though, Like just getting though to a new lvl on a game, or Even Wen i was rendering when i pressed dlete button , *Puff*, Also, screen doesnt work afterwards for a few minutes

    did u do anything like update drivers or install new programs if so list the programs by name and the drivers i had some people i know have dual monitors and 2 VC's 1 ATI and 1 nvidiaand the drivers where conflicting with each other so first thing firsts

    also a virus can cause this go to start run type msconfig and look at ur start up look for anything u dont u didnt put to start up and post that

    umm can ya tell me how to get that Info up? i could look in the System Restore but it doesnt go back that far

    Around October-December, With the od few a month, But its gotten so bad im getting around 2-15 A Day now

    K Ill do that, But My sis BF set up my comp, so lots of things, i wont know if they should/Shouldnt be there
    Shall i set so only basic's start, then go and edit so ZoneAlarm (My Firewall)
    Starts too ?

    Try this:

    1. Go to Start > Control Panel
    2. Then go Administative Tools > Services
    3. VETMONNT.SYS should be listed
    4. Stop it (if it is already stopped, it might need starting - I'm not sure which way round it should be. Don't worry - changing this will not hurt your system).
    5. See if that fixes the problem.

    If it is not listed, tell me.

    This could be a hardware issue also. I've seen an error like this before when you have bad memory. If it sometimes just restarts on it's own it could be the powersupply. Just do your troubleshooting step by step and eliminate each one.

    Its done it again, Umm, u cant take a screenshot of BSOD, since u need to restart once it happens,

    This time though, it was differnt, didnt say nothing about a file, just some Stuff like 0x00000050

    btw: Wasnt listed ale irb

    Hmmm...

    Browse to C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers and see if it's their. (The VETMONNT.SYS file - it is probably this that is still causing the problem - I can't see why it would change).

    Don't do anything to it - report if it is found.
