    i give CheapDomains 250 creds from my account where he can buy me a domain name and he is banned so i want to know if i get my creds back and i did not recieve the domain.

    Drop the admins a pm and your problems are solved, but of course with proof of purchase that is.

    credit xfers are in the ACP, if the change occured before the server went down they have all the proof they need right there.
