i like this tutorial alot!

but whenever i take out the pen tool and say i made a line in the shape of an S ....well then it would make a line going from the first point to the last and cut out sections of my pic...

can anyone explain to me why its doing this? and how to stop it?

i posted this before but the downtime erased it.

Im having problems making the lines with the pen tool, think you could help?

 

it is easy to make those gloowing lines

just take the pen tool
and click on a spot
then click on the other spot while holding the mouse button move the mouse to turn into differnet shape

 

im getting the same problem as the guy above, it fills in with solid colors. instead of making a line.

 

ooh so that is the problem :S

try this
when you click on the pen tool
go to the top of where you see the properties
and go to the very left of the properties
and there you should see two squares

one with four dots and just transparent
and one with four dots and filled with white color in it

click the transparent one and you will be fine ^_^
