All I can say is just study the manual. Most of the test is just common sense, but there are probably a few other questions on factual data. I'd say just glance over everything for a half hour at the things that are not blatantly obvious.

You have to take a test to get your permit? Haha that sucks, I didn't have to take a test to get mine.

Its 40 questions, 2 parts each 20 questions. You can only miss 5 questions per part.

Its easy. I only studie the manual like 3 times.

I live in New Jersey and they ask some really retarded stuff. Some stuff isn't in the book. If you don't pass it doesn't matter. You just wait a week and take it again then. If you're about to become 16 though(or whatever the age is in your state) then you might want to pass before then so you can drive.

Actually you only need to pass a little over 6 months before your 17th birthday(at least in New Jersey).

depends on your location. If you're a car-junkie, you'll have no problem, as its common sence.

In BC(Canada) you need 80% to pass. The test is 50 questions, and once u hit the mark where it is impossible to fail, you're done.

Most of MY questions were on blind-spot senarios and lines.... but it varies.

look over the manual you got, most of the questions are common sense but it wouldn't hurt cause there are always a couple that are straight factual questions that come right out of the manual.
