I do not plan on selling this template, but I have an offer for any GOOD coder on the site. I need the following template coded. I dont want some cheap Imageready coded template (as I can do that myself). I want it sliced in Imageready, the images condensed (the sidebars to be likw 3px tall, etc. as the smaller the image the quicker the loading time) and coded by hand (aka Dreamweaver, i dont mean you open up notepad and do it from scratch lmfao). Imageready produces extremely poor coding, so I request you do it yourself. All the corners have to be the same images, etc. to make this a fast loading template. I would also like to work side by side whoever slices and codes this for a forum set (the affiliates and login are the two function that need to tie into the forum) to setup a forum skin matching this skin. Preferably an expanding one. Here is what you get to the template for slicing/coding it for me: Partial Full Rights to the template .psd and finished template* *****Possible USD compensation via Paypal (aka $)***** *- Partial full rights includes that you must ask me if you want to resell/distribute or make any additional compensation from this template whether it be USD, online cash, gaming cash, online items, etc. without my permission. You also cannot make a template on the template without prior permission from me. Besides that, its all the way full for you. Possibly compensation is HIGHLY my decision. If having basically full rights to the template itself isnt enough for you, include the price you request (keep in mind I will help you on the forum coding/slicing), then you can name your price. expandable would be appreciated, but only on the right box. I want the navigation to remain stationary in size, but the content box on the right id prefer if it expanded.
yeah, no iframes. the only possible thing we could use iframes for would be the forums, at which point i would place navigation at the top of the template (which is what im planning on doing for the actual forum) the forum template will need to be width expandable ofc, as i dont want a set size template.
i can input the php, i just need it setup right for expandable content. i know the codes to do it, the thing is i dont have the time to do it and i need this done somewhat quickly.
3 pixels in height to make the sidebars of smaller file size since they are going to be repeated again anyways since its a background image. sending the .jpg over now.
kk ill do it but how much paypal compensation if its gonna be like 5 bucks im not doing it this type of coding job may cost you 50-60 bucks but ill do it for less

you slice it and save the optimized to html and images, then you go into the template in dreamweaver and make some images abckground images and such.
