Well, I am not really a fan of hockey but I just watch the final game. Sweden played a hell of a game against Finland.

O god... no you didnt. You didnt just say that... Hell no. This year was a lack of team play, too many all-star hogs, not enough passing. When you're playing with the all-stars of an opposing country, what would be the think to do, take them on by ATTEMPT to get through the blueline, or dumping in? Canada chose to be showboats and try the breakthrough... didnt work that great. Of course Canada hits hard... thats WHAT hockey is. Who the ---- cares about a nifty little deke, you dont see fans watch without blinking as a player skates... you watch as they pummel each other. We dont get lucky, we're just that damn good. Considering we invented the sport, and the top NHL players are Canadian, luck has -----all to do with it.
well its 1 of the first time/first time in quite awhile that swedens won gold playing icehockey in the olympics... theyve won the world cup thing a few times and got lots of silver
BOOOOOO , i wanted canada to win, but when i saw them get their asses handed to them by the russians, i wanted the russians to win, they deserved it imo.
that comment was retarded. The team "didnt" hog... is the same as none of the players hogged. And yes, Canadians did it... they passed, of course, but not as much as they should have. And they didnt play a smart passing game.
