You have made the first page, if you want to have a different layout for your secondary pages then you will have to design a new one although I would recommend for it to follow the same theme as the home page.

Also when it comes to selling template, you sell the PSD. and other relevent files. You can sell it with or without rights, but the price is obviously higher when you sell it with rights.

Whats the difference selling with rights? u give them the right to carry on using the psd and template where ever and use it in any way they want?
i would sell the psd , fonts, rights thats all right? also what if i sell to an american who pays $ but im british and accept £ ?

i am not 100% positive on the currency issue, but i think that paypal sorts that out for you...

if the person owes you 5£, then they would send whatever is equivelent to that in USD ($)

could work either way, that should be the least of your worries :)

    edit-------------------------------------------------------------------------

i suggest you get better at designing (even tho you said that wasnt a good example, i am assuming that you are still pretty new and un-experienced...but its just a hunch)...because there is alot of competition, and also learn to code the template(s), not to be mean, but you might want to hold off on this selling business
