yeah isnt this all abit late. i heard about this the day it happened and heard jokes the next day. the best thing that happened in all this is that guy apoligised to dick. "I'm sorry for head butting your bullet."
He should've apoligized. The guy didn't signal to Cheney at all that he was approaching. Have you ever been quail hunting? You signal to your partners when you approaching them.
didn't you hear where/how they were 'hunting'? They drive up with 50 secret service guys, get out of their SUV, and shoot wingless 'quails' from 5 feet away.
