Xbox 360 Any Good?

Well im a PS2 user and I was thinking of getting Xbox360. Well I heard it sucks-from a friend. And one friend got it and the system like got ----ed up, broken, or didnt work. Also I heard it has alot of glitches so anyone of you that has it, is it good? Because I might get it if its good.

i played some demos and it looked kinda average

for the people that say that it causes fires, its just idiots that put it on thier carpets

 

Phew...i love it. I got mine about 1 month ago and i found it amazing. I'd reccommend getting it.

 

Yeah, the glitches and overheating power supplies have been fixed by now I believe so it's definitely worth buying.

 

Well the graphics are amazing...
It's more powerful then any gaming console you can get or will be able to get, and that includes PC's.

I've heard good..but I personally dont think it is worth it..nor will the ps3. There's a limit gaming comes to ya know...

 

When the Xbox 360 first came out, it was all of those things your friend said, or at least most of the time.

Like all new products, its best to wait a couple months or a year until the newer, fixed version comes out. Hopefully Microsoft fixed the problems now, so I think it would be fairly safe getting an Xbox 360.

Personally, I think the PS3 would be better, but the 360 is better than the PS2, and I can't wait for the whopping price tag of a PS3, as well as the wait time.

If you have the money, feel free to buy the 360.

 

I heard that unless you have a Hi-Def TV the graphics are going to get throttled. Also not that many games are out for it. I've heard mixed reviews about it, and when I saw it in action I couldn't tell the difference between my computer graphics and the 360 graphics. Its all up to you.

 

The 360 is a great console. It is lacking some games, but more games are coming out next month (March). I would recommend buying it if you have the money.

 

Guys should i buy Xbox 360 my birthday is next month so i'm wonder should i get it then instead of after i get PS3 when it comes out i wanna know what the people who own it already think

 

the only people who dont like em and say not to get em are the ones that dont have them... plus ps3 is gunna be a waste of money--$900?!?!? stupid

 

Well, it's got DOA 4 and the upcoming Oblivion, but that would be the two reasons, except for live, I see to buy it.
