    Ok, listen up. I really need help on this. What Filter is this, and what settings do you think?

    My thought is:

    - Paint Daubs
    - Black Photo Filter
    - Blurring


    But it still doesnt get right.
    Creds to the one that can help me, since i need it to make a tut finished. =/

    have you tried fresco or watercolor filters?
