    In photoshop, my shortcut keys aren't working e.g. (ctrl-v, ctrl-a, ctrl-u)

Does anybody have any idea why they aren't working?

They worked a few weeks ago and I don't remember changing any shortcut settings.

Do they fail in all other programs or just Photoshop?
Also, what version of Photoshop are you running?
