yeah, you can scream loud, sure that's a talent.. but i just don't see how people can put that on their mp3 and actually LISTEN to it.
maybe something cool you can show off at parties, but making a screamo band is just dumb. good luck with it?

also, what do you classify Mudvayne as? Hard Rock? j.w

The Day we Fall is decent, not something I would listen to much but they are ok.
I'm not liking Closed for the Season so much, not my style.

Finch, Underoath, and Haste the Day I know are decent out of those you listed, I hate Hawthourne Heights tho.

Emery reminds me of a heavier Relient K.

I just find it annoying that these 8th graders run around throwing up the horns everywhere and you find that they listen to Mudvayne, or Slipknot. That shit is not metal. get some Behemoth, or Nile, Dimmu Borgir, Norther. I think Slipknot is more emo than anything. "Wait and Bleed"? Don't forget:
"Hey guys lets all wear masks because this expresses the real us, what's inside, and that's what we want to reflect to our fans, the real us. The real person inside of me"

SCREMO and metalcore are basicly the same

all based off of death metal (ex. many are influce3sed by dlack dlathia murder) and hardcore music

as i lay dying are great metalcore and thats 'bout all

    Merged Post:

but i am way more in black metal(prob. no more then any1 here)

i am into khold, darkthrone, strom, bathory, immortal, goregroth, crebin, venom and so much more

I dont really see whats good about "Screamo", i like to understand my music, not have it yelled at me. I cant understand a single thing that screamo bands say, it all just sounds like nonsense.

i think the more you listen to a genre of music it gets easyer to sing to, i sing to alot of my music mainly in the hardcore genre, which is kinda like better punk singing but heavyer, and if you know the band locust i sing along to them :P

and screemo is ok i peresonally dont listen to alot of it, but i owe my respect cos grind/screemo got me into hardcore a genre which i feel i fit into :P

i want to start up a ban but everyone in my city are like emos or chavs lol.
