And also true, second offender especially because hes got of so lucky this time. He's going to get a heavy sentence. If he re-commits.

Apparently he was very sorry and it was an accident, but it was a stolen car, without insurance so. How much can you trust someone like that

 

So under that law instead of drivebying somebody i could just run them over and kill them. So if i did get caught i would only get a few weeks in prison and not a few years like if i would have shot them?

bout 2 yrs ago there was a young boy of 9 killed while crossing the road near my sisters house
and the guy who killed him wasnt even in England legally
he got 6 weeks and sent back home

this makes me sad and the worse thing is we cant do anything aabout it
