lol ya to the certain extent. canada's even worse mang. the guys who did the air india bombing, got off, no prison, they were found not guilty! even though every single person in canada knows they did it.
i took basic A level law its because the cps never got him under the dangerous driving law but under the CARELESS driving law.Currently offenders can only be fined for careless driving, even if they kill. so the jail time aint for her death he got fined for that

Well he killed a little kid so hopefully he will get hell in prison maybe a few bum bashings and even though he never went down for it when he gets a job and they run a police scan it will show up as blah blah blah so he is more or less going to re offend and next time wont be so lucky
