i have a pasd pack i bought for full rights a long time ago (before the new rule) i sold it to about 3 people for full rights (again before the new rule) am i now still allowed to sell it for full rights? what about learing?
um... you do know once you give up full rights, it is no longer yours. So you illegally re-sold it twice. And no, you cannot sell it again, for any rights... as it is no longer yours.
i use pegasus' sigs as an example, alot of people used to have full rights to the same sig...this is what happened with my pack. then the new rule was implemented and i stoped selling copies of the pack. now im wondering if i have full rights to them still. if i dont which one of my buyers does? :huh: did that make sense?
technically speaking whoever you sold it to first would have full rights. youd have to contact him and tell him to contact the other members or you contact them yourself and have them work out w/e rights they have to the packs.
Hmm... then there really isn't much that can be done I guess, since you don't remember who you sold it to and there are so many people with the same PSD claiming they have full rights.
