Looks good to me. I like the background, and the animation fits it.

Hey i have a question, whats so hard about sprite animation sigs? I'm not trying to be an ass or anything cuz i dont know much about the topic but from as far as i can see, you find a bg you find sprites and then you move em around an animate them by taking other sprites from the sheet you've found, which imo doesnt require any artistic vision really just some planning. Could someone explain this to me? Cuz right now i think Yuens is the best, his sig looks good and the animation is feint yet attractive, but then everyone else is, well if acidglow doesnt win then sotw is corrupted or w/e when to me it just doesnt look like it took any real talent to make (no offense intended)

    I'm Confused. :(

Yeah true, he should win but crap man. It's an animation, not a sig  usable as a sig, but it's just not exactly a sig if the whole thing is an animation, right?o.o unless you guys think otherwise they okay, he should win.

It is nice though, can't change that. >_>

Maybe you should try it and find out. I have only met 2 other ppl in a year that can do "good" flawless sprite animations. I've seen countless ppl try and they all go through the same problems. I'll show you a list of many that have tried but failed to make good sprite animations "no offense to anyone, it's just a comparison reference".

I can tell you what the errors are in each one if you want to know the difference between mine and all of these. So here comes the list.

Now, here are the problems they face:
    1. The ones who take a sprite sheet and try to make their own stories do make an effort but they mostly suffer from jerky animations, slow speed and it's not a smooth animation. Not to forget alot of them leave huge areas of unused space just making the animation feel empty.

    2. The ones who take something that's already animated and just put it on a sig have Zero effort.. (look at link 1 for an example really)..
No effort and the result is lame..

How many people can animate multiple characters on screen at once smoothly, with good speeds and a steady animation? From that list, I count "zero". Unfortunately, the only 2 other people that can do very well sprite animations didn't have contact info, or at least never responded although I wanted to communicate with people that had those same interests...

But anywho, you can always give it a shot and see for yourself how "easy" or "hard' it can get.

So ya think it would be better if I did my sprite animations on a brushed canvas that makes the sprites stick out like a sore thumb?... eh.. nah. I did plenty of small animations on "sigs", I'm jjust trying to get better at this for now. Besides, the theme is "animation" not "animation on brushed areas only".... so yeah... So I think it's pretty much ok for sprite animations.. I mean, not alot of people can do them very well..

Entered something simple. I have allot of time on my hands, but to do a really good one, I might need a few days.

I will not win this one. But, just did it to pass the animation time.

Movie sigs shouldn't be alloud, there easy and require absolutley no skill.
I also think the people who just made sigs and slapped on a pre-made animation should be DQ'd.

S'pose theres no rule on it, but thats my oppinion.
