well anybody know net pumper? well this is what happened

i needed to install net pumper so i could download a few things so i did but after i did that i deleted it cause it was no longer needed for me but now that it's uninstalled i keep getting these pop ups.I asked my friend and he is great with computers so he offered me malware but that didn't work and my pop up blocker doesn't stop them either.I have completely removed net pumper and anti leech from my computer, the only thing that helps is a system restore but i uninstalled it a long time ago so i would lose a lot of stuff.

so my question is,does anybody know how to stop these pop ups?

did you try virus scans and spyware scans?

one thing that helped me when i got IE popups, was Ewido. it is a good malware killer, even tho it is a 30-day demo. It got rid of my problem...

I presume you still got the adware/malware still on your PC - As Mr.PC Genius Said :D

    Run a scan using ..

    1. Spyware removers
    2. Adware removers
    3. Virus removers
    4. Get a decent popup blocker

    :D

try avast.com and get yourself a free serial when you register. after installing it, do an at-boot scan. that will get rid of the crap, hopefully.

Try using Windows Live Safety Center It's pretty good. Just open that link in IE, select full service scan, install the active x control, select complete scan, and leave it to run. It's like trend micro's housecall, but a bit easier to use
