    why are there ads after the first post in everythread.. just wondering cos i havent seen it before and it is actually pretty annoying <_<

    Is a google ad , Problably you can gain some money for the hosting by doing this ... You gain money each day :P They put this so GR can live more longer

    I know GR will survive. I mean, look at all the Donator Accounts. GR has 25 Donator accounts, and they costs 20/25$.

    25 x 20$ = 500$

    That are the Donator account, there are many Premium accounts. I have mine a very long time, and I'm number 870. That is a lot of money (offcourse some are bought with credits, but the most are bought with money.)


    Anyway, I want to say that GR makes a lot of money, and I'm gald, coz that means we all have fun around here. But my point is (yes there is a point :P ) that this new advertising trick is not really neccasary. It's annoying.


    Anyway, I don't like it. I think it's way better to put the advertising at the bottom of each topic, like it was.

    I think there is a tut saying how you and stop these adverts by using a firefox extension. TBH i dont really mind them... they dont change my life :D

    Get rid of them by donating $20 then....didn't they always used to be above the posts, just moved them under the first post...this place does need to stay alive, but would be nice if prem members didn't have them in such an annoying place

    Well after like a year .. Problably not a lot of people going to be a donator .. So they set the ads for only the first post .. At the moment they might earning money for the mean time ....

    It's alot better there than on the bottom, people might actually click the now.

    If you really hate them just download the Adblock addon for firefox. But don't since GR won't gain money.

    hmm i could see puting em at the top or bottom of the forum but right after the first post in every thread. its really annoying, i mean
    why should the people that donated to this site have to see the annoying ads?

    also. y have them on the top aswell as after every 1st post..... <_<
