3d Programs.

I was thinking buying a 3d program but don't know what to buy or what the program is called. I'm looking for a 3d programs that can make something like my avator. Include the name of the program and the cost of it.

i would recommend C4D and C3D

 

I suggest maya, it's a very powerful program, you can try it out for free too.

 

the main ones are 3ds, maya (with which both companies aer merging), c4d, lightwave 3d, those are the main ones witrh which most, trials are available, id check out most of the trials and see what u like best

 

If you want to use it for modeling stuff, I suggest 3D Studio Max
