Help In Ps

Hi,

I need help with something in Photoshop.
When I want to add a filter like say 'Graphic Pen' I get the usual pop-up to adjust the settings but the window is too small! I can't adjust things because I don't see their values. I tried dragging the window and dragging at the borders to expand the window but that doesn't work... HELP!

nvm, I changed screen res to 1024x... and now everything's visible

 

if your monitor can handle it i'd bump the resolution up to 1152 x 864, so much eiser then 1024 x 768.
