wow this was insane, but its hard to belive that it was actually done without the "strings". how could you balance by leaning on the wall and using one finger.
Well... its proven that kung fu can make you stronger than a bull till you're old.... lol, that old guy rocks.
Well kong fu also works on the ltitle muscles in your body not just the ones that make you look strong etc like abs.... They work on ankle wrist (fingers and toes) neck etc.
he moves his head so it's not a picture and it would get pixely if it was too. I was just waiting for his finger to snap in half but it din't O.O
well actually his type of kung fu is shaolin, that is right now the best kind of kung fu out there they have the best styles *drunken fist* and if uve ever seen kung fu hustle the main guy uses the budhist palm! ill post another vid of a kid who does shaolin
