Little Help With The Reputation

hey guys
i need help with the reputation mod
so yeah
i installed everything (took a lot of time)

but when i go to all general settings in the admin control pannel
in order to turn the reputation on it shows me 4 different things:

how can i get rid of the rest three so i can set up the rep system?

Go ask a forum mod coder, they are usually found in the Marketplace... lol... they...
