Fast....it shows, a website is like art, not to be rushed, and to have a purpose. Its no use of making a website, to get another one under your belt. You need a reason and you need inspiration The arnie picture worries me, bring the two out ones in by a couple of px to make all the gaps look the same...looks better that way. It seems to me that you have just chucked multiple random ideas together all of which don't go together...if it wasn't for the amazing copyright watermark you have added in the center it would be far too plain and boring, with the little color a random 'logo' in an awful color and style (its not even a logo, just some crap text with a shadow, put more effort in), as well as an out of place curved line (its the only curve in template, need to keep with themes and allow them to run through the template) 3.5/10 spend more time, and do it for a reason!!!
