Okay i want to pay people credits to put a banner into their signature with a link to our website. I was wondering if that's illegal if not how do i post the link to the site in the post without breaking the rules? Do i ask them to pm me and i send the url in a pm?

On another note im looking to get a new forum banner and i was wondering if you could hold a competition. How much does that cost and would you post a link to our site in the competition so they could see what they are doing?

    Hello,

You can do this as long as you do not provide a non-image link to the website in the thread that you create, or directly ask people to join or register on the site.

The information about setting up contests can be found in this thread. You will be able to advertise in the contest thread.

PM a mod about it instead, don't post a thread in here about it. You'll get nowhere.

    WOW.

1.hes showing a real reasonable point here, If he's trying crap..why havent the staff resolved his problem? And he doesnt need start crap look at the response by mod's in this topic!

2.BFTP has the same type of topic going on,and i dont see his closed? Is it because he has that pretty Moderator sign on his profile field?Come on i have nothing against andrew or anyone here, but you have to see where hes going from!

    Axion look before you post

First of all - i'm not sure who closed the thread, and only Joe or Dave would be able to figure that out. If you feel a staff member was unfair to you, their the guys to talk to. I saw the thread closed, but figured you were done..so not sure.

    2) Don't bring my name into something that doesn't involve me.

I have reopened your topic though, please pay attention to posting things in the right place, 100 credit fine(per new rules).

By the way, way to be ignorant :) He posted his problem in the wrong area, and global moderators respond as quickly as possible.
