Guess Who Won?

Yep, ME! :lol: Wheeeeeeeee!!!! I won a GeForce 7800 GS graphics card here at my college (yesterday). It was a lucky shot and my first time, winning anything. It was an online sweepstakes from the CIS department. I can't wait to receive my graphics card. I don't even have to buy one anymore. If your school had this type of sweepstakes, would you win it?

I was not the only one. There were so many people wanting to get their hands on this video card. I think 50 students entered the sweepstakes. I can't wait to get it in weeks to come. :lol:

I heard that this video card was already superclocked. I don't know how, but it might have kick-ass power to run my games with no problems.

 

Congrats m8. I wish I would win one. I would sell it then buy something for my PSP or something.

 

the card probably isn't superclocked, but I wouldn't be surprised iff it had a factory OC on it. really though, this is a card youd want to UNDERCLOCK(if you don' need the insane performance and are satisfied with 1024*768 and everything turned up 2/4AA and 8AS insteed of 16AS) not overclock

 

The 7800 GS is suppost to overclock like a beast ... up to 490 core and 1.47 on the memory with stock cooler according to firingsquad.com. Also, if it's an EVGA card ... they have a new warranty deal that they will replace your card even if you ruin it overclocking or by replacing the stock heatsink. Better hope its an EVGA
