i mean that when i been doing stuff like making links to stuff like audio they have just been going into the source folder for something totaly diferent and i dont know how to organise it all into 1 location. like in the file where i have got the index.html it has also saved all the butons there and the file with all the parts of the sliced template. I saved one of the pages as rock.html and put it in same folder where the index.html is but i dont know if that is right. I opened the index.html in firefox and everything is runing smoothly but if i was going to get it hosted or something i wouldnt know where to start, like what i would have to do, for example send them the source file and stuff.
I think you might need a ftp client and then you can visualize where different files are going etc. I will soon be finding out because i will be doing it soon
i dont even know what ftp is lol. I also need to find out how to get it properly published onto the web. Will I be breaching coppyright if on my site there is links to music like the arctic monkeys? its not downloadable just listenable. dude, i think you better read this: http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp And this: http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp and grab a template...ANY template, and see how everything works, see how everything is arranged and sorted... noone can teach you how to arrange your files, is like someone telling you where to put your files in your own hdd imo ...
its just coz im using the same soure file as i set up for another site wen i was just experimenting with it. i dunno how to change it
