That would be a good thing to use, If u get caught stealing, a Department of the Police steals things of yours, If u murder, u get Killed,

To bad though, the only things u can get Death for in england would be, Treson and Selling Gov Secrets

 

I personally think life in prision is harsher than the death penalty.

Why? Lets think of it. Would you rather sit in a little room for 50 years, then die. Or Just skip the 50 years of waiting and die.

Dont sentence them to death, sentence them to a lifetime alone in a small room with the few things needed for living.



But nowadays prison is more like an all inclusive vacation paid for by teh government and taxpayers money.

When prisoners live better lives than many free citizens, you know the punishment system is a joke.

death penalty shoudl be used for repeat offenders and murderers.

Personally, due to the way of smuggling, i think they were noobs and shouldnt be killed.

However, it doesnt affect me, ---- happens, life goes on (not for 2 people *maniacal laugh*)

They should build a Massive prison in the middle of the Atlantic ocean, So huge it can hold Europes and Americas most dangourisus, Then = No Escape, and the only thing government fund is food, and thats a pile of crap too...

 

only reasonable use for the death penalty is cold blooded murder.

I think they should get like life in prison or something like that but not death that just wrong

 

Some other people who have done such things didn't get the death penalty.

So why should they?

 

Because even though im not defending them man has no right to decide who should live or not only God does so why do people sentence them to death anyway?

Death seems a bit harsch, a prison sentence would be more logic... and capital punsihment havent been proven to be a good way to lower the most grusome crimes... anywyas, so a prison sentence would be more sacary cuz I would suffer more being in prison for life then that someone ends my life...

 

In some asia countries they have the right to sentence anyone to death as long as they are found guilty for drug trafficing/ possessing a certain amount of drugs above the legal limit.

Well, every countries' law is harsh and different in one way or another.

 

Well in Bali there law is Guilty will proven innocent
but in most counties such as USA or Australia etc etc
are innocent till prooven Guilty
