well if no one is going to post up a riddle anyone mind if i post one up? anyway, here it is: You are a traveller, in search of the truth village. You come acroos a fork in the road, with a villager standing just before the fork starts. one road leads to the liars village, and one leads to the truth village. now as you may probably guess, the liars villagers only lie and the truth villagers only tell the truth. the man in the road is from one of these villages, and you cannot remember which road leads to which village. which single question can you ask the villager to find out which road leads to which village?
You'd ask: "Which way is the city you are from". The liar would point to the city of truth, so would the truth teller.

And heres another one, probably really well known: A friend asks you to buy a present for 2 fathers and 2 sons. when you go to buy the presents, you realise you only have enough money for 3. why was this enough?
