i dont really like the background and the color is all grey so i find it very boring. i think if you added some color it would look very nice.

I don't like the tab text font , it's abit plain but the effects are cool.

The template really doesn't set out a company/corporate image, it seems to kiddey, plain with no color or anything special in the template.

You have out the links onto the side, where it does not fit in, its like you madea template then forgot that you needed to have links in there somewhere so added them on the edge.

The content box does nothing for the template, imho I would get rid of it and write across the darker grey as a conent box, also the two halve circles are very random and arn't blended into the template, so appear they have just been placed there to add texture, when it doesn't

The logo flat, and hard to know what the company name is, and you need to sort out the aa on the content text. This template needs alot of work, I would sudgest if you actually going to have this for a proffesional company and the website is going to go live, to scrap it, read a couple of tutorials and start over.

When you are making a website for a company its best to have light and bright colors, with some actual color into it depending on the type of company, and cafe for exampe goes will with a light creamy brown, whilst a blue-chip company is best suited for blue. (experiment)

Always include you links as the main part of the template, they are the most important thing, they need to be accessable, in a suitable and clear place, and be of a clear text, otherwise clients will leave the website as it is too confusing.

I would give the templare a 2/10, as it needs alot of work to become a company website.
