Im not so sure, it dosnt take a genius to make a line with the pencil tool :|
its an ok tutorial, it coulve been explained a bit better, it seems rushed, you shouldve explained what type of pattern you were making so the newbs would kno, what you could use this in, how patterns worked, the vary of patterns, and other patterns, so it wasnt the best, it seemed a bit rushed, but you can only get better ^_^

this tells you exactly how to make a scanline, not a pattern. You should not teach people to make 3x3pxl patterns either. Because all them look like ----. Scanlines are the biggest mistake possible in photoshop. They look like crap. and they dont require any effort. This tutorial has been made like 6 times ON gamerenders. and about a million times on other sites. Stop trying to gain credits. This is the saddest excuse for a tutorial i have ever seen.

    Merged Post:

im also wondering why its says ... By: Cheif at the bottom? If it is your tutorial... and you are submitting it on gamerenders.. why not change the name to {g}host... now its starting to look like you RIPPEd the CRAPPIESt tutorial of all time.
