Yes, first off i was gonna post a picture of whats wrong with it, but seeing as how my sister tok my camera with het to work i cant. But i can tell you whats wrong with it. Ok i just got it like, 2 days ago, i turned it on the first time and it was fine. But the second time, i wasnt so lucky. Every time i turn it on now this foldder with an exclamtion point comes up and it gives a website at the bottom. I went to the website. It gives a list of ways to fix it. None of them work. My iPod is updated, but i cant reformat the data cause when i try to install that disk it says, "service could not be deleted", and then every time i open up the updater\formatter, it says, "service error" and its being so gay...is there anything else i can do?! please people im in need of depserate help...even if all you can tell me is im screwed just please say it! i will try to cred\rep if anyone can help me. ---Inco
what I would do is take it back to the shop you got it and get a replacement or refund hope this helps you EDIT: have you tried defraging it?
When you plug it in, does it show up in My Computer? If so, try formatting it, and then reinstalling the firmware
