Hmm.. First get ur image. Then go Image >> Adjustments >> Desurtate, then take ur lasso tool, Then go around the parts u want, then u Take 'Select Inverse' (Right click and u will see Select Inverse) Then press CTRL + X, then go edit >> define brush, and then u just save it. I hope this helps
