i doubt he knows the kids, it was orgionally on ebaum's world. Basically, he would suffer possible assault and molestation charges, aka his life is ****** lol and one of those kids is smart, he took out his cell phone and took a picture of it in mid process.
Why would he get molesation charges? The laws just ----ed up if he did Hmm if we had school buses here and something like that happened, everyone would get the driver, no matter whos hes hitting

No matter what those kids said he doesn't have the right to strangle him, I can almost be assured that he would go to jail, And why be a bus driver if you can't control your temper, I know I was a punk on the bus I woulda been dead if my bus driver reacted that way.
molestation charges are basically the same exact thing as assault charges... if you lay 1 hand on someone, in a friendly or harsh manner your up for molestation if the person decides to press charges. he stangled that kid, that is grounds for atleast molestation and assault charges. Im sure court could manage to pin a few more on him too, but those alone are 2 felonies. Can you say no more good jobs for you? Not like a bus driver is a GREAT job, but it pays well.
But with molestion charges he'll be on the sex offenders Register, but hhe didnt do anything like that

there are different forms of molestation. In this case im simply referring to physical molestation, not sexual or verbal. If he were to touch the kid down under, he would suffer quite a few more charges than I named as well as being added to the sex offenders area. If you even scream at someone or use a word in a bad relative meaning (like saying "god damn" in front of a christian) it can be considered molestation if the person chooses to press it. The thing is, for something that minor (like cussing), courts normally tell the person to grow up.
wow, i would have beat up that bus driver and that kid, for both being stupid. im serious rofl. but that bus driver is in jail. did you see how he reacted when the bus driver heard that kid say "your going to jail, boy" thats sad.
