    its a lil linked icon means the layer is linked

    thats all i know

    your right deluzion, that is just the icon that tells you when you have linked your layers so that you can move them all at once if you have like say 4 text layers to get your effect and want to move them just link and move using move tool and they should all move up/down/left/right depending on where you move to

    It tells u linked the layers together. If you have two layers linked and move one of the they both move

    ye I always get this one my first layer, just double click it, and abox will apear just press ok, do this before anything else.

    This means that the current layer is linked to other layers wich have a similer mark as this one u can preform many operations on linked layers wich will be excuted on all linked layers at one time like moving them

    to remove it right click then "unlink layer"
