[req] Vector This

Just vector it so it is just 3 colors but you can still see it clearly. Take out BG or leave it, whatever I will end up cropping it out.

how much u offering man..a vector is hard takes already 5 hours and more than 150 layers....

Maybe I don't know what I am talking about lol. I just used vector because I though that is waht it is called. All I need is a .gif of this, but using only 3 colors so I can print it onto a shirt cheaply.

Impossible to touch your image...I would create a new color balance layer but you cantdo anything..costhe bg is at indexed colors or something

 

Photoshop? Image > Mode > RGB Color
