A real IQ test should not bias towards age as people have said, but don't you find it odd that so many people are scoring close to the "genius" range. A real IQ test would be one approved by MENSA. And they don't take the raw score into consideration, they take the percentile of that score as compared to all other results.

that's not true. you need 98th percentile in any approved test. it might be only 125, it might be as high as 150 tickle's test is notoriously bad. so are most other websites' iq tests.
with an appropriate test, yes. most people who don't believe in iq tests dislike them because they need an excuse to reassure themselves they aren't average.
