okay can someone please just tell me how to make an image snap to guide lines. i can put guide lines in but cant get anything to snape to them. ive searched for this info here and other place but all i can find is people telling me to use them.

so dont give that google stuff. its a simple question but i cant find an answer.

if you want to lock this thread please do so after ive gotten an answer please.

 

shpould be in one of the drop down menus
