I have two friends on another forum who wanted to battle and didn't wan any bias or anything so they are having me post it out here. it is 1-1, most votes out of 20. freestyle anything goes. here are the n3s. X's sig V's sig get voting. no battle stats or anything updated. Also, make sure to be as detailed as possible when explaining this, like maybe rank 1-10 oor something
X will get my vote. It has a great background with good technique(if it's not brushing on da left) Great text. Everything blends well. 7/10 for it
Vs. Xs seems rough and ugly to me, although it is technically blended it doesnt acutally flow when you look at it. Vs is soft to the eye and flows together very well and as a whole is very nice to look at.
Vs is great and gmv it blends well and in my opion has an amasing bg Xs is good but i prefer Vs 9/10 for V 7.5/10 for X
X's sig Theme: 8/10 Text: 8/10 [2 points off for the M] Flow: 6/10 [over-grunged to the left of the render] Blending: 7/10 [doesn't feel blended, but doesn't look bad] Color Choice: 6/10 [missing the red. The red would've helped you out loads.] 70%. The 1px black border is somewhat fitting, but not a good choice in general. V's sig Theme: 9/10 Text: 8/10 [almost too bright, but very fitting font] Flow: 9/10 [the bg to the right is in parallel with the hair on the left, good job] Blending: 8/10 [lost point on cutting off the right part of her lower jaw] Color Choice: 9/10 [the blue is somewhat overwhelming, but the red of her lips and the white of her eyes draws the viewer well] 86%. The border isn't symmetrical. If you're using CS, use the column and row selction maquees, click outisde of the sig area, and the outrmost column or rox should select. Repeat for all 4 sides holding shift, then go to Select->Modify->Expand] V gets my vote, but both are very nice sigs, standalone.
