Essence Trying To Solicit Illegal Items.

    First of all, tuts are not allowed to be redistributed. Furthermore, tuts from brokeneden are members only, and are even more so not to be redistributed.

    Second, any PSDs that I have given out [ever] were for learning only. I never gave any to Essence, so the ones he has were not legitimately obtained. The only source where I have free PSDs uploaded has written:

    "For learning purposes only. File is not to be redistributed or reused in part or whole."

    If mods need to see proof of that, I'll be happy to show it.

    Basically this guy is trying to illegally petal other people's work and make a profit off of it, which is very banworthy.

    Note: This is not .essence. This is Essence. Two different People.

    a big thing? yea it is. he's pretty much violating 3 rules at once.


    redistributing tuts, lying about what rights he has to PSDs, as well as soliciting via PMs

    dude there's nothing to be explained. he was trying to redistribute tuts as well as PSDs that he does not have rights to.

    it's banworthy on so many levels
