    you don't unless you can system restore to an earlier point.

    Go to

    Start--->All Programs--->Accesories--->System Tools--->System Restore

    Check if you can restore your system to an earlier date. Btw, in the future you should always back up all of your important stuff once-twice a month.

    Short of using a professional program (which would be very expensive) system restore is your best option but that has the problem of potentially deleting other things.

    Perhaps first mail someone who bought the tutorial and see if they will send you a copy, perhaps for a few creds. That will be cheaper time wise than if you start doing system restores and you can just chuck down a few posts for creds.

    I don't think that system restore tracks personal files, so if you do restore your deleted files are not brought back. System restore only tracks registry and core operating system files.

    your best bet is a recovery program.

    try one of those, File Scavenger 3.0 seems to be really good, but in the demo it only lets you restre 64k and I am pretty sure a graphic tut is bigger than that.

    other might work for you though.

    System restore will restore everything that you had on your computer.

    it doesn't touch personal files, this includes deleted ones. you won't get anything from a system restore. you WILL need a recovery program.

    Get a Trial of TuneUp Utilities. It contains a very good file recovery/shredding manager along with several other usefull things.

    Its been said, but just to back it up, system restore will not work. Its meant for system file restoration. It specifically states somewhere how personal files arnt touched.
