The gentleman way: Confront the boyfreind and say that you really like her.. maybe he doesn't anymore. just talk it over with him.. this may seem homo..but hey it works. The passive way: Wait. Become freinds. and wait... till the time strikes that BOOM shes yours. Note: on the above opinion it works even better if she gets cheated on. or takes the break up bad... cuz then you can be really sympathetic and its a bonus.. oooook. im done. good luck bro

if you wanna be her boyfriends id go with waiting thats always seem to work for me just be there for her and show her you care about her more than the other guy and that you can treat her better and all that and she will dump him for you thats how its worked for me in past alot
