Installing Theme

    I downloaded a new theme that changes the way that my start button and everything looks how do i apply that?

    what do you have WindowBlinds or just downloaded a theme?

    ok go onto your desktop (Ctrl+D) right click then go on Properties then it should come up with the display box should open with the themes box showing then in the drop down menu go to browse and find the theme that you have just downloaded.
